Below is our standard rates and reservation policy for Americade 2010.  Please note that due to significant demand, the specials listed above are the only availability remaining for Americade 2010. Other than these specials, we are SOLD OUT for Americade 2010.

Deposit Policy:  All reservations require a $150 deposit on a major credit card at the time of booking (any reservation for only one night will be charged a deposit equal to the one night stay). 

Cancellation Policy:  If you find it necessary to cancel or change your dates (a change in arrival or decrease in length of stay constitutes a cancellation), please notify us as soon as possible.  We will refund the deposit for any reservation cancelled before January 31, 2009, less a $50 cancellation fee.  We will refund the deposit for any reservation cancelled before February 28, 2009, less a $100 cancellation fee.  Any reservation cancelled after March 1, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. 

Non-Smoking Policy & No Pet Policy: All of our rooms are non-smoking and we do not permit pets.
