Deposit Policy: All reservations require a $150 deposit on a major credit card at the time of booking (any reservation for only one night will be charged a deposit equal to the one night stay).
Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel or change your dates (a change in arrival or decrease in length of stay constitutes a cancellation), please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund the deposit for any reservation cancelled before January 1, 2012, less a $50 cancellation fee. We will refund the deposit for any reservation cancelled after January 1, 2012 and before March 1, 2012, less a $100 cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled after March 1, 2012 will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Non-Smoking Policy & No Pet Policy: All of our rooms are non-smoking and we do not permit pets.
