Rates quoted are per room, per night. King rooms will accommodate two
adults. All rates are for two persons per room. Each additional adult
(age 13 and over) is an additional $10 per night. We reserve the right
to upgrade any reservation to a room with the same bed configuration at no
additional charge.

Amenities:
All of our guest rooms feature air
conditioning, heat, cable, HBO, 32-inch flat panel televisions, direct-dial
room phones, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer
and a full bath with tub and shower. Microwaves are included in our
Lakefront and Poolside Rooms. |

Rollaways & Cribs: $10 per night. Limited availability.
Some rooms cannot accommodate a rollaway bed or crib. Please inquire upon
making your reservation. |

Dockspace/Boats: Limited availability,
additional charges apply. Reservations are required for an assigned
dock space for your boat and a place for your trailer. No launch
available.

Taxes: Rates are
subject to all applicable taxes. (7% Sales Tax + 4% Occupancy Tax)

Reservation
Terms: Reservations confirmed upon receipt of an advance deposit equal
to one night room charges. The deposit will be credited toward the last
night of the reservation. Reservations are commitments for the entire
period of your requested stay. We do not overbook and will honor
your reservation; therefore we require that you honor your commitment for
the full period reserved. No refunds are given for early departure.
Cancellation
Policy:
Reservations that are cancelled for any reason within 14 days of your
arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. A
$25.00 per room cancellation fee will be charged on each reservation
cancelled up until 14 days prior to the arrival date.
