Reservation Terms: Reservations confirmed upon
receipt of a non-refundable advance deposit equal to $500. The deposit
will be credited toward the balance upon check-in.
Reservations are commitments for the entire period of your requested stay.
We do not overbook and will honor your reservation; therefore we require
that you honor your commitment for the full period reserved. No
refunds are given for early departure.
Taxes:
Rates are subject to all applicable taxes. (7% Sales Tax + 4%
Occupancy Tax).
Housekeeping Services:
Limited housekeeping service is provided
for the two-bedroom unit with daily trash
removal and replacement linens upon request.
Full housekeeping services available on a
daily basis for an additional $25 per day.
